

No shortcuts, no mixes, no compromises. I use Belgian dark chocolate, my homemade lemon curd, Swiss meringue buttercream, and local and organic ingredients wherever I can source them. The fillings are handmade. The cakes are layered with care. When I say "from scratch," I mean it in the way that actually matters. You can taste the difference.
P.S. Bakery operates out of a Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit–certified kitchen, which means you're getting professional-grade quality with a personal touch. No storefront, no shortcuts, just a dedicated space where I can focus entirely on making your order exactly right.
The part I love most? The people.
I've had the privilege of baking for the same families through weddings, baptisms, baby showers, gender reveals, and first birthdays. Some customers have placed five or more orders over the years, and that kind of ongoing trust is something I don't take for granted. It's the whole reason I do this. I'm not trying to churn out volume, I'm trying to make something you'll remember.
Beyond custom orders, P.S. Bakery is expanding.
I run intimate skill-building decorating classes and private event bookings for birthdays and special celebrations. I also offer full dessert bar setups for weddings and events; I bring everything, set it up, and operate on-site so you can actually enjoy your own party. And in summer months, you'll find me at local farmers markets with a brand new trailer, bringing that same from-scratch goodness to the community in a whole new way.
P.S. desserts are always a need, not a want.

Fill out our quote form or email us at liz@psbakery.ca with your event date, cake size, and any flavour or design ideas. We'll get back to you within one business day with options and pricing.
We ask for at least two weeks for custom cakes. Wedding cakes and large event orders should be booked as early as possible — we recommend reaching out two to three months ahead.
Tasting appointments aren't something I offer, but you can order a tasting box — a curated selection of cupcakes or bento cakes — to sample flavours before you commit.
Yes, there are a limited number of standard cakes released every week. Options include 4” Bento cakes, 6” double chocolate and double vanilla bean cakes, and our famous cinnamon buns in packs of 4. Ordering opens on Tuesday mornings weekly and goes until Friday morning or sold out. Pick up on Saturdays.
This form is for custom cake orders. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Please provide as much detail as possible. There will be a follow-up email within 2-3 business days.
